Guaranteed emergency cover
One, two, four or eight hour response arrangement as suitable for you
Total coverage of all your hardware, software and applications
Liaison, procurement and monitoring of your external suppliers, e.g. BT, ISPs, broadband suppliers on your behalf as part of our service
We also give you a “peace of mind" guarantee
